Emotion In Trading

In my opinion, emotion is one of the biggest enemy of a trader. Trading can be stressful and if you are always swayed by your emotions, then you have little chance of surviving in the industry.

I agree. I understand that we can get too excited or too scared whenever the market moves. But the thing here is that we must know how to manage those feelings. We cannot always make a decisions based on emotion because we will end up losing everything.
