What's the right starting capital for trading?

I guess this is so the trader can gather huge profits. When you trade short-term, you can only expect small price changes. Hence, you will need a large capital to produce a high profit.

Right. When I started an account, my initial capital was only $100. It was enough for me because I only trade with the smallest lot size and I usually hold it for a relatively long time.
