Currently, the average transaction fee for Ethereum is just a little under $0.39. Recently, the block limit of Ethereum is raised to 10M gas.

I read this too! I think this change was implemented just this month of September.

I was really shocked when I found out this. The authorities should have made a regulation about this matter.
