From my own perpective, there's no need to wait til the price goes down before we open any deals. Grab the current value and wait til it goes up. The only problem is it will really test your patience.

For me, it's still good to buy Bitcoin at a low price. But you don't need to wait until it hit the lowest. Study the trend in Bitcoin. If you think the current price is relatively low compared to the past values, then go ahead and take it.
