When Ethereum replaced Bitcoin from market value, it represented the arrival of the new blockchain era. I think the technology application has already landed. I think that era will come, maybe it will be other cryptocurrencies. It is not necessary to be Ethereum. The future may also be other cryptocurrencies, just personal guesses.

Currently, I think it is still quite difficult for Ethereum overpower Bitcoin. But I believe it has great potentials and I'd still be happy if the day comes that Ethereum tops the cryptocurrencies.

I don't see any problem with Ethereum overtaking the spot of Bitcoin because I am invested on both coins. However, with the current situation, I think it will still be long before this happens. Bitcoin does not stop growing as well so it is also possible that Ethereum wouldn't be able to keep up. We never really know what could happen anyway.

With the current situation of the cryptocurrencies, this seems a little improbable but it is absolutely possible to happen; and if it does, then I would still be very happy since I am investing on both coins. It simply mean that both coins are growing and that is a good thing.
