Will we have new altcoins anymore?

I see there is a low interest on new altcoins currently, especially new altcoins from ICO projects. I wonder if there will be no good new altcoins anymore it this condition continues. No projects can survive without supports from investors.
Do you agree with my point of view? or do you have other opinions?

I don't think so. The cryptomarket is not pushing into a bullish mode. They really won't survive with the way things are going worst. The legendary Bitcoin is continuously decreasing.
