How much should be the loss and how do you calculate it correctly?

I have a weekly limit of losses. I can only afford to 5 percent in a week and if my losses reach that amount, I will already stop my trading activities. So far, this strategy has been working for me just fine.

I do have a limit, but I can't control my losses anymore. The market situation is really bad. Digital coins fall rapidly.
