      I don't think this is how high the percentage of long-term trading failures is. But to answer your question, one of the danger of investing for long-term is not knowing anymore when to exit. And with that, when an asset is dying, the investor misses the chance to exit early on.

      I agree. For me, if you want to play safe, opt for long-term trading. But even though you are holding it, remember to check it our every now and then. Always be mindful of the assets you are holding.
