I think it all depends on the broker you are using, and its important to really keep everything to the best of bay , so the the story and the news can sometimes vary witl even seconds and even the same can be minutes, but the most is seconds, look at the best times that one can trade sometimes am able to place a +10 or even a -10 , that is how fast or slow the news are updated on the platform

Technically I cannot tell but it varies, as @Wekesa has stated, it does vary alot but we need tor eally keep it simple and work with it its one of the best ideas for us to run with the news change sometimes and it can be updated in +1 or =1 mimutes so it varies a lot and one needs to keep ont trying as hard for a good concent
