How can I start and add new mine bitcoin?

I've heard that almost all investors have stopped mining Bitcoin because the electricity consumption is way too high.

I used to mine before and joined various mining pools but I have stopped now because the amount of reward I get from mining is no longer enough compared with how much energy I consume when mining.
