To be honest those people holding bitcoin definitely they will be happy if price increse. Because they would get advantage of increased price by selling their holdings. At the same time some people will happy when decrease because they are waiting for accumulate more bitcoin. But my personal belief is holders are more than accumulators. That's why most of people feel happy when they see up trend on bitcoin price. But I also feel happy when increse price even I am not holder if much coin.
