Getting hacked is such a very disappointing experience. Your experience of yours serves a lesson not just for you but for us here on this forum. If the hacker moves your BTC to an exchange for cashing out then there is a chance to get it back (not via bitcoin protocol but via police / legal action)

The only thing you can do is to report the incident to the higher authorities. You might not recover the money, but most importantly you get the culprit arrested.

I don't think it would be easy to pinpoint the person exactly. As far as I know, we can only know about the IP address which can give us a location but not an identity.

If your coins get stolen, it is often difficult to retrieve it. I believe most cases of stolen Bitcoins were closed without the coins being retrieved.
