yes it did have an effect, the price of bitcoin was at 4000$ and I thought this was in rediness for the kind of an upsurge that was to happen and in so many ways I have been able to move in the so many directions that we see around there are so many ways to work in to the whole situation

Now that the halving has occurred, we can see that the movement is still going upwards. The impact of this halving, though, is that it has dropped the revenues of miners by 60%. With the reduced value of each block, the rewards received my miners has also declined.

Sometimes, it has left me wondering if it affects the current value of the Bitcoin. I am beginning to think that we are overthinking by exaggerating the effects of the Bitcoin when there's no evidence presented yet. Almost all of us are keeping our eyes on Bitcoin halving like a holy grail. Do you really believe that miners have the power to influence the price of the Bitcoin?

It definitely will have an effect. Halving means that the supply of blocks mined on every successful mining will be reduced hence the supply is lowered.

It is possible. Bitcoin halving means that the supply will be lessened hence, the demand could be higher and will result to affecting the value of the coin.
