Almost all Altcoins do not provide transparency services to everyone. For instance, they do not divulge the cause of the delay of some transactions. They hide the reason as much as they can. I think they don't want the investors to panic.

But if they would not release any statement about it, investors would only feel more uneasy. It is still important to tell the public the status of the product to avoid speculations or rumors.
