Actually each trading site has a different amount of fees but it would be ... I don't think there is a way for anyone reduce or avoid those fees.

Payment batching is actually effective. I made a schedule on when to fund my account and I do it with huge amount so the intervals are wide. This way, fees are reduced. Unlike when you deposit every now and then, every transaction has separate fees. This becomes more costly.
