Tips to reduce transaction fees:

1. Compressed public keys.
2. Payment batching
3. Patient spending
4. Dynamic fee estimation

Payment batching is actually effective. I made a schedule on when to fund my account and I do it with huge amount so the intervals are wide. This way, fees are reduced. Unlike when you deposit every now and then, every transaction has separate fees. This becomes more costly.
