Most of the crypto exchange sites are good, but they fail to value their customers. They do not take the complaints seriously, and some of them leave their customer unattended.

You know what, I once invested in an exchange site that really had poor customer service. They often took a while before responding. So when I switched to another exchange site, I saw how different their service is. In my current exchange, the support team are very attentive and approachable. For me, this is really important especially since we are entrusting our fund to them.

I couldn't agree more. Since everything is transacted online, we deserve at least an assurance from the people behind the exchange we are entrusting our funds to even if it we only communicate virtually.
