In my opinion the only alt-coins that are going to fare well in the coming years or be able to secure themselves a place in crypto are the coins that bring something new to the table; the coins that fill a need, or bring a solution to a problem are the ones that are going to be adopted, traded and worth investing into.
The current fees, and slow transaction confirmation speed will most likely drive the price of something like DASH up, because it is a pretty solid answer to the biggest problem of the day for bitcoin. I vote monero and TRX I think ripple has already gone there, so its important we are able to follow everything so , some have already died off, I think doge coin also would but the problem with doge is that so many investors are holders, like some would buy 1 Million doges and wait for it to hit 1 dollars and so they dont use it that much but it would be among those that will go mainstream
