    Is there a transaction fee?

    How does one exchange these things to CAD, USD, CHF, EUR, GBP for example…? Is there a transaction fee?

    There's always a transaction fee every time you request a withdrawal of your trading balance or profits.

    All transactions are charged. When you are trading, there is what we call a spread or commission fee. These two are the broker's way to put charge in the transactions. Now some brokers charge less than the others.

    Yes, your brokers charge fees on these transactions. You just have to look which broker has lower transaction fee.
